The patients who were cured and improved would be revisited after three to six months.And we would record and compare statistics of the two groups which include the improvement of the waist,buttocks and legs,the improvement of the quality of life and the recrudescence.[Result]1,Effectiveness of the treatment group is 96.67%,effectiveness of the control group is 86.67%.there are remarkable differences betreen the two groups.(p＜0.05)2,The were compaired in two groups,t=2.231,p＜0.05,and we can see that the curing time on clinical the treatment group was much shorter than the time of the control group.3,We do statistics analysis in both groups before treating by Oswestry disability index.t=1.763 p＞0.05 and this proved that the two groups had no obvious differences,they could be compared each other.We do statistics analysis in both groups in dropping variance before treating and after having been cured by Oswestry disability index.t=5.159 p＜0.01 The two groups had obvious differences.We can see that the method of the treatment group could improve the symptom and the quatity of patients' s life much faster.[Conclusion]1,After one to four treatment courses of the two groups, effectiveness of the treatment group was obvious higher than the control group.2,The time which was taken by the treatment group was less than the control group in improving the symptom,and it could improve the quatity of life more quickly.3,The method of manipulation treatment and dub in gather to pinch the adductor group was better than the method of manipulation treatment only in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.We sure of that this new method is worth clinical utilizing... |
