| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)with Jia-wei-si-ni-san and explore the mechanism of treating chronic superficial gastritis with Jia-wei-si-ni-san and explore the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:60 cases with CSG are divided into two groups at random Jia-wei-si-ni-san is given treatment group,and at the same time is given control group.Results:the totally effective rate of treatment group come to,while that of control group is,and there is a significant difference the treatment group and control group(p＜0.5 treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as gastralgia,abdominal distention,debilitation,belching,coprostasis,loose stool,and the curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion:Jia-wei-si-ni-san is a safe and effective drug of treating CSG,and the mechanism might be related to facilitation gastric emptying,amelioration microcirculation of gastric mucosa,disinfection,etc. |
