Cordyceps Preparations Of Diabetic Nephropathy Tubulointerstitial Injury In Clinical Research

OBJECTIVE:Observe the protection of Cordyceps preparations(bailing Capsule) to diabetic kidney patients with tubulointerstitial injury.METHOD:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(A)and control group(B),30 in each group.Treatment group was treated with western medicine and Baling capsule,three times daily,5 per tablet,both were treated three months.Blood glucose,liver and kidney function,blood lipid,24-hour urine protein,urineβ₂- MG,urine NAG enzyme were determined before treatment and one month after the treatment.Clinical symptoms and signs of change were recorded before and after treatment.RESULT:1.The total efficiency of treatment group is 80.0%and control group is 60.0%.There are evidently difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The results prove that bailing Capsule improves the clinical symptoms.2.Symptom score of the treatment group and control group decrea sed evidently after treating with Chinese medicine.Symptom score of both two groups were evidently different(P＜0.05)with the score befo re treatment,and the treatment group better than the control group (P＜0.05).Group therapy can evidently improve the thirsty,more wat er-hungry,frequency night,burnout fatigue,shortness of breath laz y statement,and the treatment group better than the control group(P＜0.05);Treatment and control groups in improving symptoms,hand-foo t-chills clinical were not obvious,the two groups showed no obviousl y difference.3.After the treatment and control groups were treated,the FBG, Tc,TG were all decreased(P＜0.05),and the former better than the 1 atter(P＜0.05);It showed that bailing Capsule can help diabetic kidn ey patients to improve blood sugar,blood lipid,and the treatment g roup better than the control group.4.After treatment,24 hupq of both group were lower(P＜0.05), and the treatment group better than the control group(P＜0.05).It s bowed that the capsule can reduce the proteinuria of the patients,an d the former better than the latter.5.After treatment,urinary ^β₂- MG and urine of NAG of both g roup were decreased(P＜0.05),and the treatment group better than th e control group(P＜0.05).It showed that the capsule can help the ba iling patients to reduce with diabetic nephropathy Urineβ₂- MG and urine NAG enzyme.6.After the treatment and control groups were treated,the ALT, AST of both group showed no obvious difference that before treatment. It showed that the capsule would not affect the liver function of pa tients.CONCLUSION:Bailing Capsule can reduce the blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid,24 hupq,urineβ₂- MG,NAG of DN patients,improve the clinical symptoms,and would not affect the liver function of patients.Bailing Capsule can protect the DN patients with tubulointerstitial injury, improve the life quality of patients,reduce renal fibrosis,and effectively delay the disease process of the DN patients.
