Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Clinical Investigation And The Hidden Disease And Physical Relations

Diagnostic methods are those that collect information of the condition of a disease, including looking, hearing and smelling, asking, pulse examination and palpation, and in all they are called the "four examinations".Syndrome is a specific diagnostic concept in traditional Chinese medicine,and the differentiation is an approach to make a comprehensive analysis of the data collected from the four examinations and decide the diagnosis based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.But nowadays, there are so many "diseases" that can not be found by doctors though four examinations only. It named "Yin Symptom of tradional Chinese medicine" by Yang Yiling of diagnosis department, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective:(1)To study and explore the objective reality and essence of Yin Symptom of traditional Chinese Medicine.(2)To study the link among Yin Symptom and ages, sex, occupation of people.(3)To study the relationship between Yin Symptom and various Constitution.The paper consists of three parts:First, the literature summarization. We have introduced the current research situation about the Yin Symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Second, the theory studies. In this part, the relationship between Yin Symptom and constitution will be argued, as well as the meaning in study Yin Symptom by the theory of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Third, the epidemic studies. There are two studies in this part and we can get some conclusion from these studies.Methods:In the first study, there are 657 persons who had no symptom in Beijing area and others places had being examined in hospital for their health. We compared with each other.In the second study, there are 523 persons who had no symptom in some hospital out of Beijing area, and we study the Yin Symptom use the constitution theory.Results:In the first study, there are only 26and 34 persons are on good condition, and we found that some most important Yin Symptom are hypertension, goiter, high glycerol ,gallstone and so on.In the second study, there are lines between Yin Symptom and various constitution.
