Acupuncture At Different Positions Lieque The Observation Of The Hole Of The Vertebral Artery Blood Flow Velocity

Lieque(LU 7) is also called Tongxuan,or Wanlao. It is the collateral point of Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin and one of the eight confluent points, which is leading to Ren meridian. It is belong with the Lung Meridian and connects to the Large Intestine Meridian,with the effective of ventilating the Lung to relieve an exterior syndrome,activating meridian and collaterals and increasing secretion of urine to treat stranguria. It has good effective to nape and neck rigidity and pain as blockage of meridian caused by affliction from external wind-cold.But the location of Lieque (LU 7) has not had a unified view always. Although,it is recorded as wrist stripes on the 1.5 cun,brachioradialis muscle and the development of long-thumb tenden in the textbook (It is named Liequeâ… point), other people think that it is located at wrist stripes on the 1.5 cun , radial forearm medial lateral margin , brachioradialis muscle with the radial artery. (It is named Liequeâ…¡point). Which idea is true, need further study,It has also become an important aspect of research for Lieque (LU 7) point.The study is trying to work on two aspects on above problems. The first is to discuss the origin and evolution of the issue by literature Review, to collate on the issue in theory. The second is put out to the correct position of some references, by compare the effective of two different locations of"Lieque(LU 7)"points . In this study, the method used was make the observation of the adoption of Doppler ultrasound imaging of vertebral artery hemodynamics changes in the indicators before and after acupuncture, to compare the effective of two different location of"Lie que(LU 7)"Point.Based on the above ideas, the study is broadly divided into two parts,that is theoretical research and experimental study. In the theoretical research, it mainly retrospective the Source, Aliases, name explained, meridian oriented effect, point Nature, the beginning of different views of position and different interpretations of its positioning and Modern application and research.The second part is experimental study. Students were 30 healthy peoples (15 cases of men and 15 cases women).They were divided into two groups. All the people received cross-experimental that acupuncture on point Liequeâ… and Liequeâ…¡on the left wrist and observed in two-phases.Observation of the adoption of Doppler ultrasound imaging of vertebral artery hemodynamics changes in the indicators before and after acupuncture were by the same physician on the 5th day at the same time. Self-contrast,using SPSS13.0 statistical package to the measured data using paired T-test and two-stage cross-over trial design analysis of variance testThe result shows that the two points both have effects on vertebral artery blood flow velocity indicator, but the contrast is not remarkable. The effect of Liequeâ…¡in the overall index of hemodynamics affect was better than Liequeâ… .The conclusion is: needling Liequeâ… and Liequeâ…¡have the same effect to the healthy people's vertebral artery hemodynamic indicators.
