With Iga Nephropathy Tcm And Renal Pathology

IgA nephropathy is a kind of glomerulonephritis commenly seen in world. It is one of the causation of renal failure. As its pathogenesis is not clear, there is no special druggery so far. In recent years, many scholars pursue Chinese medicine which is believed as the most effective way to solve this problem,and from different angles to study IgA nephrosis cause of disease pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment, Chinese medicine diagnosis classification and the kidney pathology relations. They has obtained many successful researches.This thesis contains literature and clinical study.The literature review has two pieces. The first one is named the Chinese medicine research of IgA nephropathy. We discussed IgA nephrosis cause of disease pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment, cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine diagnosis classification and the kidney pathology relations. The second one is named the modern medical research of IgA nephropathy. We discussed IgA nephrosis epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathology, symptoms, treatment, prognosis aspects, etc.In the clinical observation sectin, the purpose of this research is to study the relation of syndromes and clinical index,renal pathology, and to conclude the state of an illness and prognosis and to guide the treatment according to the study. According to the Guide Principle of Clinical Study of New Traditional Chinese Drugs of Chronic Nephritis and the standard made out in the renal academic discussion,57 patients are divided into three syndromes, that is type of deficiency of both spleen-Qi and kidney-Qi, type of deficiency of both liver-Yin and kidney-Yin, and type of deficiency of both Qi and Yin. By observing the relation of the syndromes and clinical index, pathological parameter, the results are as follows: The symptom of blood in urine is seen commenly in the type of deficiency of Yin and type of deficiency of both Qi and Yin;The patients who suffered from protein urine mostly belong to the type of deficiency of both spleen-Qi and kidney-Qi, and their albumin level is lower than the normol;The rate of high blood pressure is highest in the type of deficiency of both liver-Yin and kidney-Yin;The pathology of the type of deficiency of liver-Yin and kidney-Yin is best of all, P<0.05.
