The analysis of druggery is one of the most important components in the pharmacology. The quantity of the druggery affects people's health and safety directly. Therefore the whole control of druggery plays an important role in the clinic and medical treatment. spectrophotometry, chromatography and spectrophotometry- chromatography, as the most essential methods in the druggery measurements, have been widely used in the determination of pharmic products. In recent years, Photometry is developing in the study of organic analysis and life sciences. The principal advantages of spectrofluorimetry are high selectivity and high sensitivity. The detection limit of spectrofluorimetry is up to 10-10 g/ml,even to10-12 g/ml. Spectrofluorimetry is adequate for trace amount analysis.Though the natural fluorescent materials are wheen.But many important biochemistry materials, medicines and carcinogenic substances(such as many polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) have fluorescence phenomenon.The use of fluorescent derivative reagent enlarges the applied range of spectrofluorimetry. So spectrofluorimetry have application in various fields of biochemistry , medicine science and chemical research. The main analytical methods in the modern instrumental analysis have direct analysis and indirect analysis etc. In my master paper,in order to improve the sensitivity and selectivity, some novel and simple methods for the assay of drugs have been established.To improve the sensitivity and selectivity, some novel and simple methods for the assay of drugs have been established in my master paper:1.spectrofluorimetry determination of procaine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical products using 1,3-cyclohexanedione and formaldehyde as the fluorigenic reagent.This method are rapid, simple and wider linear range, and can be used for determining procaine hydrochloride,..The results obtained by these methods agreed with those the official method(dead-stop titration).2.Fuorimetric determination of ampicillin sodium in pharmaceutical products using 1,3-cyclohexanediono and formaldehyde as the fluorigenic reagent.A sensitive and selective method for the determination of ampicillin sodium was studied. Effects of pH, oxidants, heating time,and foreign ions on the determination of dopamine were examined. The principal advantage of the proposed method is rapid and simple, and possesses a low detection limit.3.A sensitive and selective method for the determination of Dapsone is described. Dapsone reacted with 1,3-cyclohexanedione and formaldehyde to form a compound which was a strong fluorescent substance. Effects of pH, heating time and standing time on the determination of Dapsone were examined.4.Fluorimetric Determination of Dopamine in Pharmaceutical Products A sensitive and selective method for the determination of dopamine is described. Dopamine reacts with 1,3-cyclohexanediono and formaldehyde to form a compound which was a strong fluorescent substance. Effects of pH, oxidants, and foreign ions on the determination of dopamine were examined. This method can be used for the determination of dopamine in injection samples.
