With Active Hepatitis, Liver Cancer Tissue Of Cox-2, Vegf Gene Expression And Clinical Significance Of The Study

Objective:To study the significance of the expression of COX-2mRNA and VEGFmRNA in the tissues of human hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hepatitis.Method:reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used to analyzed the level of COX-2 mRNA and VEGFmRNA in 52 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hepatitis tissues.Results:Compared with paracancerous tissues,COX-2 mRNA and VEGF mRNA were over express in hepatocellular carcinoma (p＜0.05).The cases with fetoprotein＞400ng/ml in paracancerous tissues expressed COX-2mRNA stronger than those fetoprotein＜400ng/ml(P＜0.05).The cases with fetoprotein＞400ng/ml in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues expressed COX-2mRNA stronger than those fetoprotein＜400ng/ml(P＜0.05).The cases with fetoprotein＞400ng/ml in paracancerous tissues expressed VEGFmRNA stronger than those fetoprotein＜400ng/ml(P＜0.05).The cases with fetoprotein＞400ng/ml in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues expressed VEGFmRNA stronger than those fetoprotein＜400ng/ml(P＜0.05).The COX-2mRNA expression of the cases with metastasis in the HCC was greater than those without metastasis(P＜0.05).The COX-2mRNA expression in the HCC of the clinical stageⅠcases was greater than those clinical stageⅡ-Ⅲ(P＜0.05).The VEGFmRNA expression of the cases with metastasis in the HCC was greater than those without metastasis(P＜0.05).The cases with tumor size＞5cm in the HCC expressed VEGFmPNA stronger than those tumor size≤5cm(P＜0.05).The cases with metastasis in the HCC expressed COX一2 protein stronger than those without metastasis(P＜0.05).Correlated studies suggested that COX-2 mRNA has a correlation with VEGF mRNA.The expression of COX-2 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma h was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma(r=0.644693,p＜0.05).The expression of COX-2 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma has a positive correlation with VEGF mRNA in paracancerous(r=0.550782,p＜0.05).The expression of COX-2 mRNA in paracancerous has a positive correlation with VEGF mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma(r=0.437215,p＜0.05). The expression of COX-2 mRNA in paracancerous has a positive correlation with VEGF mRNA in paracancerous (r=0.42664,p＜0.05).Conclusions:hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hepatitis tissues that expressed high levels of COX-2 mRNA also exhibited high levels of expression of VEGF mRNA,suggesting a correlation between COX-2mRNA and VEGFmRNA expression,and further suggesting.The expression of COX-2 mRNA also has a correlation with metastasis,fetoprotein and tumor size.
