Rhizoma Drynariae is the dry rhizoma of plant Drynaria fortunei. It is thickly covered by squama, which is difficult to remove. It is hard and tough in texture and difficult to comminute so that active constituents is uneasy to be extracted, thus prosessed products are often used. So the prosessing technology for Rhizoma Drynariae and the chemical constituents in processed products were studied, which provided a believable, reasonable and scientific theoretical basis for clinics.Main research content:1. Research in processing technology for Rhizoma DrynariaeOrthogonal design L9(34) was used to optimize the best processing technology, that was processing with sand at 180℃for 2 minutes and the amount of sand was 20 times of the medicinals.Follow the optimization system, we processed the sample. With the silicagel column chromatography, 4 single compounds were separated.Compare the chemical component before and after processing with thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high performed liquid chromatograph(HPLC) method.There were no differences between the raw and the processed by TLC method. And two new components were found by HPLC method, one of which was 5-HMF. And the content of the other one increased, when the processing temperature increased.2. Research in processing technology for Rhizoma Drynariae with saltTo further improve the clinic effect, salt was initially used to process Rhizoma Drynariae. Compared with traditional method with sand, it was superior to process with salt. Following single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal design, the best processing technology was handed over. The result of magnifying experiment was similar to that of lab experiment. The technology was considered stable and available.3. Research in quality standard for Rhizoma Drynariae with saltMoisture, heave metal limit examine, arsenic salt examine and animalcule limit examine of ten batch magnifying processing sample are examined, then constitute the quality standard of rhizoma drynariae with salt.4. Research in literatureAncient and modern literatures of Rhizome Drynariae were researched systemically. History evolution and modern investigation were concluded, which were lain a theoretical foundation for researching the processing technology and the chemical constituents of processed sample. |
