Qi And Blood Jieduhuayu Law-based, Clinical Observations, Treatment Of High-risk Bone Marrow Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Objective: To observe the therapeutic of the method of Yiqishengxue, jieduhuayu in the treatment of high-danger MDS.Methods: 43 patients of MDS were selected, randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. Both groups receive the conventional treatment, and the treatment group also took the method of Yiqishengxue, jieduhuayu. Compared the difference of the thetapeutic efficacy between the two groups in the improvement of symptom, blood picture and marrow picture.Result: In-the therapeutic efficacy of disease: the general availability ratio of the treatment group is 66.67％, and the control group is 52.6％. The general availability ratio of the two groups are not obviously different, but the treatment group hasa better effect on improving hemoglobin(p＜0.05). The therapeutic efficacy in improvement of the symptom: the general availability ratio of the treatment group is 75％, and the controlgroup is 57.9％. The treatment group is more obvious than the control group in improvement of the symptom(p＜0.05).Conclusin: The Method of Yiqishengxue, jieduhuayu has obvious therapeutic efficacy for the high-danger MDS patients.
