Objective: The aim is to investigate the delaying aging functionof Chaihu Guizhi Tang from nitric oxide contents and Ea-RFC serum.And the rats were injected by galactose.Methods: We made experimental research on the rats of galactoseinjection treated by Chaihu Guizhi Tang. After forty-two days, toobserve the pathological section of hippocampus tissue under lightmicroscope and survey the nitric oxide contents measured with theNitrate Reductase method in the hippocampus tissue and Ea-RFC serumcontents measured with the Ea-RFC method in the blood and deal withall data by statistical analysis.Results: It shows that the nitric oxide contents of Chaihu GuizhiTang group were decreaded and the Ea-RFC serum were increadedcompared with the model blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Experiment provable that Chaihu Guizhi tang hasobviously functions of delaying aging which would be related withdecreading the nitric oxide contents and increading the Ea-RFC serum.It provides experimental foundation for further clinical research. |
