| Objective :on the basis of history and modern literature, relying on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as well as combining modem research,to observe and discuss the mechanism of raphani soluble alkaloid on depressurization and reversing left ventricle hypertrophy of spontaneous hypertensive rat(SHR).Method : 40 SHR were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, raphani soluble alkaloid groups with high,middle or low dosage respectively, captopril group. correspondingly 8 SHR for each group. blood pressure was testedevery two weeks by caudal artery manometry, 8weeks after administration, heart was extracted and left ventricle weight was checked ,then pathological and stereology method were optioned to inspect diameter of muscular cell.Result : 8weeks after administration, raphani soluble alkaloid could lower the blood pressure of SHE obviously, among which high and middle dosage groups manifested no significant difference from captopril group, while each group of raphani soluble alkaloid showed improvement on ventricular hypertrophy of SHE to some extent .Conclusion : the main mechanism of left ventricular hypertrophy along with hypertension is sputum muddiness, blood stagnancy and interties, heart blockage all of which ultimately lead to heart volume enlargement .So "lowering adverse-rising energy and dissipating phlegm, FU-organ smoothness and turbidity evacuation" should be applied as major treatment method .Research has proved that raphani soluble alkaloid has conspicuous depressurization and can reverse left ventricular hypertrophy .From above research, our TCM understanding toward hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy is further perfected, which can present important significance in both deep research of hypertension complication and elevating human healthware level. |
