As the most basic medical organization of the three-grade medical net in Chinese rural area, the servers of village clinics involve in medical treatment, precaution, mother and child care, family planning, etc. They always keep contact with peasant directly. So, it is of practical significance to select this as the topic of my paper. Against the background of the society change, this paper takes Lu Village as the study case. This author describes and analyses the running rule, the role in community and society, the existing status and the development tendency of village clinics in the context of development, economic foundation, social structure and policy background etc via interview and documents reading and analyzing.After planning economy turns into market economy, the ownership of village clinics gradually transfers from state or collectivity to individual. This lays the foundation of the institute base of hunting for the maximum profits of the village doctor. The selling items in village clinics shift from Chinese herbal medicine to the combination of Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine, to Western medicine mainly in the end. However, under of the local rules of countryside and the restriction from the clan and interpersonal relation, village clinics manages to construct a harmonious relation with community while serving community and seeking gains as well as eclipsing its profitable idea. Facing the interference and supervision from the formal power, the village clinics are regulating its operation behavior while seeking after the feasible way-outs.Under various restrictions, the village clinics' existence and operation sound fundamentally reasonable, just because it occurs in the village, serves the village and suits the village operation pattern. This kind of pattern bases on the countryside social economy follows the interactive rule in countryside and accepts the supervision and governess from the formal power. The village doctor, as the manager of villagehospital, is the formal member of the village who belongs to the clan. At the same time, village doctor is also the professional personnel with certain knowledge. In the processes of introducing the market rules into village, the double-fold identities of village clinics offer convenience to doctors as well as restrict village doctor's behavior.However, problems and challenges invariably come hand in hand, such as the lack of enough technology of village doctors the increasing flow of people, the aging society's coming and the transmission of village clinics. All of these are not only owing to the village clinics itself, but also to the social change and management of concerning department. Hence, it's necessary to analyze problems on the base of the concrete facts and fulfill the task according to the existing state in an effort to create an ideal surrounding.
