The decreasing of gastrointestinal dynam is much more frequentcomplication that present a series of the syndrome such as the abdominalpain, windy, nausea, vomit, no exhaust and defecation etc, after theabdominal operation. The westen medicine thinks that the reason of thedecreasing of gastrointestinal dynam is the imbalance ofnervous-humoral regulation that due to the anaesthesia, the pain andstress etc. However in Traditonal Chinese Medicine, the obstructed QiJi and the blocked FU QI result in splenogastric dysfunction. It isvery important to treat the decreasing of gastrointestinal dynam forthe functingal rehabilitation of others organs, improving prognosis andreducing the case fatality rate. the weasten medicine were used widelyto promote gastrointestinal moving function. Meantimes, traditonalChinese Medicine gaines more and more attention in the domain. a numberof clinical experiments have comformed that traditional Chinese drugcan improve gastrointestinal dynam. The successful application, suchas DaChengQi Tang, tongfu Tang, SiMo Tang etc, indicates that Chinesetraditional medicine has the effect to promote the recovery ofgastrointestinal movement after operation. Shuyutong granules canlaxative interior syndrome and purgate, and promote circulationof qi to relieve distention,So it has the important role in treatingdisease concerned gastrointestinal air stagnancy. To exert the Chinesetraditional medicine advantage in treating original diseases andexplore new avenues in combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine andWestern Medicine, this research was completed under the guidance ofaccessory professor wang guang and on the basis of literature. Theresearch observed and treated the intestinal function of 48 patientsafter abdominal operation except for gastrointestinal anastomosisduring 48 hours, at the same time, compared the Shuyutong granules tothe placebo. The result is that the Shuyutong granules can shorten theexhaust time after operation. The review summarizes include two parts: 1,the recognition of theGastroenteric motivity in the Western Medicine, 2,the recognition ofthe Gastroenteric motivity in the Chinese Traditional Medicine. The clinical part: The prescription,Shuyutong granules,is made up of Da Huang, zhi shi,hou pu ke,mang xiao, bai zhu,fu ling, gancao, chi shao, lai fu zi, etc. All ingredients contribute to laxativeinterior syndrome and purgate, invigorating spleen to removedampness, and promoting circulation of qi to kill pain. So it canbe used to treat the decreasing of gastrointestinal dynam afteroperation. The objective of this research is to value the effect ofShuyutong granules for treating the decreasing of gastrointestinaldynam after abdominal operation except for gastrointestinal anast-omosis to promote patients gas. Random, double-blind, and control toplacebo research method, 48 patients matching the research needs withdecreasing of gastrointestinal dynam after abdominal operation exceptfor gastro- intestinal anastomosis was seperate two groups, one isShuyutong granules group that have 24 cases and the other is placebogroup that have 24 cases. The symptoms and signs such as windy andintestinal sound before and after the drug administration were observedand valued. The result indicates that Shuyutong granules can advancesthe intestinal sound recovery and anus gasing and has definite effectfor the decreasing of gastrointestinal dynam after operation. Therefore, it can be used for patients with the decreasing ofgastrointestinal dynam after abdominal operation except forgastrointestinal anastomosis. |
