One Hundred Tincture, The Soil Geun Paper Tincture Treatment Of Malassezia-related Skin Diseases Compared

Purpose: Stemonae and pseudolaricis are common herbs which are clinically used to cure fungous infection dermatosis. The purpose of this topic is to observe and contrast the difference of curative effects between stemonae and pseudolaricison dermatosis caused by Malassezia, such as microsporosis versicolor, seborrheic dermatitis, Malassezia furfur folliculitis, and sieve the one which does well in depressant effect by preliminary test.Method: Firstly, Observe and select 90 patients (microsporosis versicolor 24 , seborrheic dermatitis 54, Malassezia furfur folliculitis 12 ) who fit the clinical diagnostic code. Secondly, divide them into three groups (30 stemonae treat groups, 31 seborrheic dermatitis patients, 29 masculine medicine control groups) and clinically observe blindly. Use 2% TPIATOP (TPIATOP,produced by xian-janssen company) in the masculine medicine control groups. In susceptibility test, detect bacteriostasis degree (MIC) of the two different preparations stemonae and pseudolaricis (concentration of dried medicinal herb in 60%Tct is 100mg/ml; no need to decoct).Result: Therapeutic result:TPIATOP, Tct stemonae and Tct pseudolaricis all have curative effects on microsporosis versicolor, seborrheic dermatitis, Malassezia folliculitis. After treat for 4 weeks, the results are as followsUse Tct stemonaet to treat 8 microsporosis versicolor patients. One patient is healed after 4-week treatment, one is effective, three are improved, three are ineffective. Clinic effective power is 62.5% (5/8); 18 seborrheic dermatitis patients: one is healed, four are effective, seven are improved, six are ineffective. Clinic healing power is 5.55% (1/18). Clinic effective power is 66.67% (12/18); 4 Malassezia furfur folliculitis: one is healed, one is effective, one is improved, one is ineffective. Clinic healing power is 25.00% (1/4). Clinic effective power is 75.00% (3/4).Use Tct pseudolaricis to treat 7 microsporosis versicolor patients. One is healed after 4-week treatment, three patient are effective, three are improved, None is ineffective. Clinic healing power is 14.28% (1/7). Clinic effective power is 100% (7/7); 20 seborrheic dermatitis patients: six are healed, seven are effective, four are improved, three are ineffective. Clinic healing power is 30.00% (6/20). Clinic effective power is 85.00% (17/20); 4 Malassezia furfur folliculitis: none is healed, one is effective, one is improved, two are ineffective. Clinic healing power is 0.00% (0/4). Clinic effective power is 50.00% (2/4).Use TPIATOP to treat 7 microsporosis versicolor patients. Two are healed after 4-week treatment, two are effective, two are improved, one is ineffective. Clinic healing power is 28.57% (2/7). Clinic effective power is 85.71% (6/7); 17 seborrheic dermatitis patients: six are healed, six are effective, three are improved, two are ineffective. Clinic healing power is 35.29% (6/17). Clinic effective power is 88.23% (15/17); 5 Malassezia furfur folliculitis: one is healed, two effective, none is improved, two are ineffective. Clinic healing power is 20.00% (1/5). Clinic effective power is 60.00% (3/5).There is no obvious statistics difference in healing rate of both clinic and mycology between pseudolaricis treat groups and TPIATOP control groups after 4-week treatment, p>0.05. There is difference between Tct stemonae and Tct pseudolaricis and TPIATOP, p<0.05.Test MIC of pseudolaricis and stemonae in susceptibility test. Pseudolaricis: MIC is 10% (10mg/ml). Stemonae: no obvious depressant effect on growth of Malassezia.Conclusion:There is no obvious depressant effect on growth of Malassezia. in stemonae treatment and no depressant effect in high concentration. After 4-week treatment, only pruritus is improved partly. However, mycetes cultivation is not darkening. Stemonae cannot thoroughly heal dermatosis caused by Malassezia. Tct pseudolaricis does well in depressant effect and MIC is 10.% (10mg/ml). After 4-week treatment, it is effective in microsporosis versicolor, seborrheic dermatitis and Malassezia folliculitis. To compare with TPIATOP, there is no obvious difference.
