Background: The chloasma is a kind of common one, regard pigmentation of face department as the damage holding disease displayed mainly, traditional Chinese medicine call that" liver spot", " Li black spot" also, English call it" melasma " or " chloasma ". Chloasma not only influence appearance, but also bring a great deal of spirit, life to patient even more are worried and painful. Its mechanism of causing illness is very complicated, think at present that may relate to the following factors: Endocrinopathy , heredity , medicine , cosmetics,, oxygen free radical , ultraviolet ray shine, organism systemic pathological change ,etc. According to the investigation of studying ,the most direct reason lead to chloasma is that sex hormone level is unusual ,other way, resist oxidase system actvation reducing , oxygen free radical accumulated excessively in human body is also the main reason.Purpose:Divide the chloasma into those three types from the clinical angle of Chinese medicine: stagnation of liver-Qi, deficiency of spleen-earth, deficiency of kidney-fluid. And probe different relations among resist oxidase (such as SOD ) , LPO resolve results(such as MDA ) , and sex hormone level of serum (such as FSH , LH , E2 , T, P) and then observe the relations of clinical manifestation to the chloasma.Methods: 1.We observe female outpatients of chloasma of 30 examples.Through investigations,the group of stagnation of liver-Qi (A group)has 16 ones, the group of deficiency of spleen-earth(B group) holds 8 ones and the group of deficiency of kidney-fluid(C group) has 6 ones.2.Observe project:(1).General project: Name , sex , age , job , course of disease , menstrual cycle ,etc..(2) Clinical symptoms(stagnation of liver-Qi, deficiency of spleen-earth, deficiency of kidney-fluid)(3) Previous disease: thyroid gland disease, diabetes, uterus tumour, ovary cyst ,family history.(4) Medicine treatment history:Which kind of medication has been used,such as hydrogen and quinone cream,ban ke cream to clear spots,etc,Drugs like Chinese medicine, VitC,VitE,etc (5) Clinical types: According to the spot cover position,we can divide it into four types: spot like butterflys ,spot above the face, spot below the face, spot all over the face.According to the course of the disease, we can divide it into two types;special type and normal type.3.Determine the values:Determine A , B , C three groups of content of resisting oxidase (such as SOD ) , LPO resolve results (such as MDA) and sex hormone separately, compare with normal values.Conclusions: Through 30 chloasma patients of women all tried,they coming the...
