Background:Proteinuria is a familiar clinic symptom of kidney disease . It reflects not only the damnification of kidney globule but also the primary damnification mechanism of the epithelia. Proteinuria is a significant factor causing the chronic pathological changes of kidney. Some research discovers: Traditional Chinese Medicine can accelerate the elimination of Proteinuria and protect kidney. Objective:To observe the effect of "Reinforcing Spleen and Kidney" curing adriamycin-induced nephrotic syndrome in rats and to explore the possible mechanism in it.Methods:Divided the Sprague-Dawley rats randomly into the group of adriamycin nephropathy model and the control group. The rats of adriamycin nephropathy model are established by single injection of adriamycin( 6.5mg/kg) on the control group. In the fourteenth day after the injection, the rats of model group are divided into five different groups: nephropathy model group,low-dose,moderate-dose and high-dose Chinese medicine treated group and benazepril-treated group. Record the level of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urine protein of 24 hours and urine creatinine at the end of 2,4 and 6 weeks. And the protein expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and...
