Dial Method Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Degeneration Of Rabbit Interleukin-1¦Â Mrna Expression And No Content In The Impact

Objective:The objective of the study is to observe the influence of massage on IL-13 and NO change in rabbit lumber intervertebral disc under abnormal stress conditions.Method:twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the control group ,the model group and the treatde group. The latter two groups were kept in 45-degree flexion of the lumber spine for 5 hours each day , the treated group was given massage after the modeling doing for one month . The total of NO and the expression of IL-1β were measured in the L₆^L₇ intervertebral disc with biochemical technique . the differences were compared among the three groups .Result:The results showed that the control group had no significant change in the total content of NO and the expression of IL-1β . while the total content of NO and the expression of the IL-1β ascended remarkably in the model groups .The treatde group had no remarkably ascended in the total content of NO and the expression of IL-1β in rabbit lumber intervertebral discConclusion: Plucking manipulation may descend the total content of NO and the expression of IL-1 β in rabbit lumber intervertebral disc under abnormal stress conditions. so it can prevent and prolong the degeneration in lumber intervertebral disc...
