| Chaihu and Jingjie are both traditional Chinese medicinal materials which are used normally. Essential oil is the main constitute of these two medicinal materials. Essential oil of Chaihu can be used to reduce the fever generated from influenza, malaria and pneumonia . Jingjie essential oil has antiallergic and anti-inf lamatory effect, bronchus-expanding effect and pain relieve effect. As Chaijing injection contains with both Chaihu essential oil and Jingjie essential oil, Chaijing injection has better and more obvious effect on reducing fever and antianaphylaxis comparing with traditional Chaihu injection.How to control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine effectively is the main problem in medicine research. In the word many countries and organizations such as USA, Germany, France, England, India and WHO, etc. all accept fingerprint as main method of controlling quality of medicine. In our country researchers have attached importance to fingerprint technology .State Food and Drug Administration has put forward that take normal fingerprint as the quality standard of estimating traditional Chinese medicinal materials and traditional Chinese medicine.Chaijing injection has been applied in clinic for many years, in order to adept to national request, we are exigent to establish the normal fingerprint of Chaijing injection. Establishing the fingerprints of Chaihu and Jingjie is the first step of this researching work.In this task, I have finished three main work as following:Firstly, in this subject, I have established the normal fingerprints of Chaihu essential oil and Jingjie essential oil. This work provides important basis of controlling the quality of these two medicinal materials and establishing the fingerprint of Chaijing injection.Secondly, I have analyzed and identified the chemical components of Chaihu essential oil and Jingjie essential oil by means of GC-MS technology.Last, I have assay n-hexanoic acid and I-pulegone in Chaijing injection by GC. |
