| Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effect of XZL administed intratumorally on mice bearing with H22 hepatocarcinoma, the effect on mice's immune organs of thymus, spleen, to investigate the expression of apoptosis proteins such as bcl-2 and bax , to explore the partial possible anti-tumor mechanism .Methods:75 kunming mice were divided randomaly into 5 groups: the control, model, XZL(it),MMC(it), CTX(ip) group. H22 hepatocarcinoma were transplanted in mice. Observed and noted their activities , eating and drinking , weighed them every 3 days during the expreriment. Seperated totally and weighed the tumor, thymus, spleen; observed the relationship between tumor and surrounding beside. The inhibitory rates on tumor were calculated. Sliced the tumor tissue into 3μm continuously. Observation and comparision were made for the pathologic changes under optic microscope; the expression of bcl-2 , bax proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining method, positive expression rates were calculated.Results:1 Observed the general items and changes of weights: Mice of the model group became less active gradually. What they took in reduced, their weigh increased slowly, even some mice loss weight,fur without shine. Mice of the MMC group acted less also, with poor appetite and fur without shine. Mice both in XZL and CTX groups had better activities and spirit than the others.2 Observasion of the morphology of tumor tissue and relationship with the surrounding tissue: Tumor of the model group without obvious membrane, soft and wet surface, adhered with even invaded into the skin and breast muscle tissue, it was hard to be seperated. The tumor of XZL group were irregular with dry surface, hard and were easy to be separated, there were cavities in part tumors. Tumor of the MMC and CTX groups were harder than the model group, less invasion.3 The tumor suppressed rate : The tumor suppressed rates of XZL, MMC, CTX groups were 33. 5%, 52. 71%, 43. 35% respectively, comparied with the model group , all the 3 groups showed significant anti-tumor effect.
