LDH is a cinical common and frequently-occuring disease . It tends to reoccur and interferes with patient's work and the life severely . Non-surgical methods occupy the most important role in all methods of treatment and the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion for LDH displays certain effect.Jiaji points (Ex-B2) are extra meridian points also called Huatuo Jiaji points or Tuoji points. They are often used in clinic because of their wide therapeutic scope and significant as well as safe effect from ancient times till now. The clinical reports about their application on LDH are increasing in recent years . However, little is known on the study of their analgesic time and mechanism .So,the study is to observe the analgesic and clinical effect as well as influence on the the levels of plasma β-EP , NO, SOD and MDA, aiming to instruct clinic and reveal the mechanism of the therapy of electroacupuncture at jiaji acupoints for patients with LDH. Methods:Sixty-eight cases of LDH were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=32).
