Theoretical Discussion. Arrived When The Oral Treatment Of Cerebral Hemorrhage (acute Phase) And Experimental Research

The main purpose of this paper is to study the treatment mechanism of Didang Oral Solution through reviewing literature and animal experimentsIn the fist part ,we reviewed the general situation of studing cerebral hemorrhage with traditional Chinese medicine;according to that, we consider blood stasis outside brain vesseles is the main pathological base of cerebral hemorrhage.Blood stasis induces heat if not been elimilated .Most cerebral hemorrhage patients have phlegm and heat in their bodies and have the symptoms of astriction,fever, cough, gasp.So, removing blood stasis and purgation is a very effective therapy method for cerebral hemorrhage.Didang Oral Solution has the effect of removing blood stasis and purgation,so we take it as the representative agent of removing blood stasis and purgation method.In the second part,we study the influence of Didang Oral Solution to encephaledema, hypoxia inducible factor(HIF),transferrin(Tf), transferrin-receptor(Tf-R), brain cell apoptosis, nitrogen monoxide(NO), superoxide dismutase(SOD),MDA of cerebral hemorrhage rat models with immunohistochemistry .The results reveal that Didang Oral Solution could alleviate encephaledema and brain cell apoptosis,decrease MDA,increase SOD,NO, HIF ,Tf ,Tf-R in the rat brain.
