It can improve big mouse's blood rheology of silt model of acute blood , have certain invigorating blood circulation silt function ; And can improve SOD vigor in the blood and reduce MDA content, have better oxidation of resisting.2.Clinical research: The tongbi granule can obviously reduce OA patient's paining , stiff, swelling , tenderness degree , it is up to 90% efficiently to the treat group, and there are no other bad reactions, the availability percent of the treat group is similar to the controlled group. But the Chinese medicine symptom is improver in the treat group than the controlled group. The comprehensive curative effect is superior to the controlled group.Conclusion:the tongbi granule is safe and effective for treating osteoarthritis.
