The Concentration Of Nitric Oxide And Tcm Syndrome Type In The Blood Of Patients With Allergic Rhinitis Clinical Studies

Allergic rhinitis is a disease characterized by infitration of eosinophile,and its formation is closely associated with many factors.Recently,attention has been focused on the importance of nitric oxide(no) in the respiratory system,and particularly the importance of epithelial derived NO in the regulation of airway function. NO is a kind of small molecule, simple structer gas. It diffcultly dissolves in the water. And it difluses through cell mumbrane as easy as pie. There is no partnership electron in its molecule, so it is instable and easy reacts with oxygen, supperoxide. The half life of nitric oxide is very short in tissue. It has been identified as an important mediator in numerous physiological and inflammatory processes. It has the properties of the second messenger and neurotransmitters. NO is formed from L-arginine via the action of the enzyme NO synthase(NOS). NOS exists in constitutive and inducible froms. There are two different constitutive froms(cNOS), one typically found in neural cells and another typically found in vascular endothelial cells, both of witch are Ca2+-dependent. There is only one inducible from (iNOS), witch is Ca2+-dependent,found in activated cells, such as macrophages and hepatocytes. Recently, It has been found that NOS may play a role in nasal inflammation .On the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine, allergic rhinitis has intimate connection to spleen and kidney yang deficiency Theory discussed and clinical reseach on allergic rhinitis in this thesis aiming at it's pathology and pathogenesis. At the same time we obsevered the allergic rhinitis relationed the typed of TCM with the NO and the NOS of pation blood in order to directived the clinic and treatment.Objective:To better understand the concentration of NO in blood of case of allergic rhinitis and the relation between NOS'creativity and syndrome differentiation in TCM . The aim of this study is to detect objective index and clinical symptom in allergic rhinitis from the point of view of the combination of Chinese and west medcine .In order to instruct better syndrome differentiation in TCM .Methods : One case of allergic rhinitis was observed To investigate the concentration of NO and IgE in blood of the case .Then all cases were allocated into group of deficient coldness and group of gloom heat. To investigate the relation between syndrome differentiation in TCM and the concentration of NO, NOS and IgE in blood of the two groups .Conclusion : The research found that the content of NO in most cases'blood is the same as the normal.
