Chinese Healthy Volunteers After A Single Oral Dose Of Faropenem Pharmacokinetics Research Enterococcus Faecalis Virulence Gene Of Hyl <sub> 1 </ Sub> Animal Studies

Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Faropenem tablets after single administration in healthy volunteers.Methods: Electing 9 volunteers passed health and laboratory examination were divided into 3 groups randomly by Latin square. The drug concentration in serum and urine from volunteers who take orally Faropenem talets were determined by Microbiological analysis. The pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated by 3P87 software.Result: The well linearity in 0.05～6.4mg/L of serum and urine concentration were found. The precisions of within-day and between-days and recovery rate were fitted the study on the clinical pharmacokinetics. The serum concentration-time curve fit two compartment model after administration of Faropenem tablets 100, 200, 300mg.The main pharmacokinetic parameters cmax were(2.2±0.4),(3.8±1.0),(6.0±0.5)mg/L respectively; t1/2βwere(0.72±0.22),(0.67±0.24),(0.92±0.19)h respectively;...
