| Recently, narcotic taking is becoming the public nuisance of world. According to the investigation, the number of natcotic has been more than one billion and fifty million in our nation. Narcotic taking is social problem which need be settled,now. Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used to cure opiums poisoning. Becaurs of containing non opiums , low minus effect, easy to buy and so on , the TMC is better than chemical drugs. AW as the TMC has been reprted to use to detoxicate in many old literatures. According to the results of pharmacodynamics, the AW volatile oil is the active site to cure opuims poinsonting. AW has been used widely as the TMC, but it was weak on chemical study. There is no report about its chemical components and isolation of index component;Because of limitation to use solubilizer on clinical application,it is very difficulty to make liquid pharmaceutics for intravenous injection. Against the require of TMC to cure opiums poisoning,this study had reserched on the decision of active site by pharmacologic screen sizing, the crafts of abstraction, purification of AW volatile oil and the preparative crafts of submicronized emulsion, the studies of quality and stability of pharmaceutics.Studied the chemistry of AW volatile oil by GC-MS .Obtained the composition of chemical components. To make decision of index component and its controllable preparative crafts. And studied the identification of chemical conformation. Based on these studies ,establishment of method to determinate content of Cis/ Trans propenyl sec butyl disulfide is used to study after pharmaceutics.On the study of preparations of AW volatile oil and AW oil submicronized emulsion for intravenous injection, firstly, reserched the methods of extracting ,conditions of extracting ,methods of purification and conditions of purification.
