Study On Fingerprint Of Icariin Pieces And Study On The Processing Principle

In 2005 year edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia: Herba Epimedii is the leaves of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim.,Epimedium pubescens Maxim.,Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying,Epimedium koreanum Nakai.This dissertation is to study the fingerprint and prccesse principle of Herba Epimedii on the base of processing technology ,to perfect quality standard of Herba Epimedii.The thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter1 We did a general estimation and analysis of correative domain literature in chemistry components, pyarmacology, processing, matabolization, fingerprint and clinical application about Herba Epimedii.Chapter2 According to the Technical Demand of the Fingerprint about Injection of Chinese Traditio and Medicine and the Technical Guide of the Chromatogram Fingerprint about Injection of ChineseTraditional Medicine, we investigated and formulated HPLC fingerprints of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,Epimedium pubescens Maxim.,Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying and Epimedium koreanum Nakai for the first time. According to the resemble software of Fingerprint about Chinese Traditio and Medicine, we computed the products of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,Epimedium pubescens Maxim.,Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying and Epimedium koreanum Nakai.The results indicated: Products from different producting areas ,there is a obvious difference in the grouping and content of components, prouducts from same producting area,the quality of products is stable; the stability and reiteration of the technical condition is good. At the same time,we mensurated the contents of Epimedin C,Icaritin,General flavonids and analysed the changed-characteristic apexes in the fore-and-after processed Herba Epimedii. The results indicated: the the contents of Epimedin C,Icaritin and General flavonids fell after processed by sheep-fat,the content of Icaritin mostly increased.Chapter3 we measured the change-discipline of important effective components in water with the decoction time about Epimedium brevicornum Maxim and Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying,the results were: For Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying, the dissolvation rate of General flavonids,Epimedin C and Icaritin gradully add,but the content of Epimedin C lowed from 3.15% to 2.37%, in the products processed by sheep-fat, the content of Icaritin rised from 0.50% to 0.69% ,the content of epimedin C lowed from 2.71% to 2.15% ; For Epimedium brevicornum Maxim, the dissolvation rate of General flavonids and Icaritin was the highest at 1h ,later generally depressed ;in the products processed by sheep-fat,the dissolvation rate of General flavonids and Icaritin was highest at 0.5h, later generally depressed . The results provided a gist for preparation about pharmacolcgy examination.Consulting foreging results,we concluded :(1) The effect wen-shen-zhu-yang of Herba Epimedii buildup after processed by sheep-fat.(2) There is no inevital quantity-effec relation,the Icaritin is not the exclusive effective compont.Chapter4 Acording to upward results and consulting the chemecial configration of Epimedin C and Icaritin,we guess that:In the course of processing,the Epimedin C translates Icaritin.To definitude the rationality of the guess ,we did the imitated experimentation by Epimedin C,Icaritin and General flavonids ,then we validated it using Epimedium brevicornum Maxim and Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying by HPLC and TLC.The results indicated;the processing is a course with many chemical components mutualiy translate and restrict,the total chang- discipline is: the high polar components change to lowe polar componts ,the degree of translation connects with not only the tempreture and time but also the content and rate composing of General flavonids.By study of the HPLC fingerprint and process principle of Herba Epimedii, we fonuded that there was obvious difference in the content and components-rate of change- discipline after precessed, and so was in water. So we advised that it shoud be established corresponding quality standard for several-origins Chinese Traditio and Medicine, in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition) ,to ensure the quality stable and controllable, more to progress the clinical effect of Chinese Traditio and Medicine.The studies provided a good search after pattern to controll and perfect the quality standard, it will be work imporantly in the study on quality of Chinese Traditio and Medicine.
