Aplastic Anemia And Immune Research Progress And Instructors Of The Treatment Experience

Aplastic anemia is a common and refractory hemopathy, the morbidity rate of which is on the increase with the development of industry, the deterioration of environment and the abuse of chemical medicine. The very good curative effect have been obtained recently on the basis of the deep research about immune pathogenesis and immune treatment of aplastic anemia. Especially, the intensive immunosuppressive therapy, together with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, has become two chief treatment in severe aplastic anemia, and it is cyclosporine A combining with androgen that have became an important therapeutic project of chronic aplastic anemia. In the first section of this article, we highlight these new developments in immune pathogenesis and immune treatment of aplastic anemia.
