Objective:To investigate the antineoplastic mechanism of Rhizoma typhonii extract (RTE) on transplantation tumor of H22 carcinomatas of mice and explore whether RTE could cooperate with cyclophosphamide to enhance effect or not.Method:Established the mice model of transplantation tumor of H22 carcinomatas, mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank group, CTX group, RTE group, the low, middle, high dose of RTE plus CTX groups. Compared the inhibiting effect to tumor among the groups. The methods of immune histochemistry and image pattern analysis were taken to observe configuration change of tumor cells with photics microscope and quantitatively detect the expressions of TNF-α, NF-κB及Caspase-3.Result:RTE could inhibit the growth of trandplantation tumor(P<0.05); RTE+CTX groups obviously control the growth of tumor (P<0.01) .Q value is more than 1 when the middle, high dose of RTE plus CTX. It means have cooperative effect. RTE could debase cell nuclear area and specific value of nucleolous and nuclear area, promote the expressions of TNF-α ,Caspase-3 and inhibit the expressions of NF-κB(P<0.05 or P<0.01). RTE+CTX could obviously debase cell nuclear area and ratio of nucleolus and nuclear area, promote the expressions of TNF-α , Caspase-3 and inhibit the expressions of NF-κB (P<0.01) .Conclusion:RTE has the antineoplastic effect ,which may...
