Objects: Discuss the differences of bacterial categories and magnitude about saliva flora in mouth between Hyposplenoyang patients and healthy persons, and then open out the categories, magnitude, distributing and diversification laws of saliva flora of Hyposplenoyang Zheng . As well as contributing to establish new impersonally diagnostic standard of Hyposplenoyang Zheng. Furthermore, under the basis of it to carve out the new thoughts and research fields of microcosmic syndrome differentiation of classic prescriptions Methods: Referring to the authorized literature of diagnostic standard to Hyposplenoyang Zheng, early-constituted the clinic diagnose standard of this experiment, bring into the patients who has been diagnosed with it. Adopting the method of aerobic, anaerobic and fungicidal incubation to inspect the salva swatch of Hyposplenoyang patients with determing the nature and fixing quantify ration; and contrasing with that the normal person' s. at the same time, checking the blood rutine, blood glucose and saliva amylase in order to estimate the respective items of blood rutine, the levl of blood glucose and the situation of digestive function. Results:The picking ratio (%) and CFU/ml of all normal bacteria in the mouth of Hyposplenayang patients absolutely have different extent declination except epiphyte. Thereinto, the picking ratio ( % ) and CFU/ml of staphylococcus, produce-melanin G~n non-sporangium anaerobic bacilus and neisseria have significantly differences between normal person (p<0.05): the picking ratio ( % ) and CFU/ml of saliva streptococcus has no significantly difference (p>0.05) between Hyposplenoyang group and normal group; with the same methods that had done to Hypocardioyang and Hyponephroyang group had significantly differences with normal group. Conclusion: The tincture of saliva flora of Taiyin Disease Hyposplenoyang Zheng as follows: the picking ratio (%) and CFU/ml of staphylococcus, produce-melanin G~n non-sporangium anaerobic bacilus and neisseria have significantly declined (p<0.05) , but the picking ratio (%) and CFU/ml of saliva streptococcus has no significantly difference (p>0. 05) contrasting with the normal group (p>0.05) .Furthermore, experimental results also indicate that the saliva flora of Taiyin Disease Hyposplenoyang Zheng has existed significant maladjustment.
