| Technique of High Through-put Screening(HTS) for drug is one of themost important methods in pharmic research. This method has been developedsharply in recently twenty years. In general case the screening processconsists of two parts, separation of mixture and screening of drugs. Thistechnique is low-effective. Therefore,we try to develop a new techniqueof HTS for drug in which the above two parts are combined as an unit entity.Meanwhile, it can be controlled automatically.Firstly, considered the functions of the new device and based on thetheory of HTS, We designed a new structure. In order to carry out theautomatic control system, we modularized the system. Then based onfunction of every module, we selected automatic control components. Thenbased on the executed components we chose the Intel-8051 chip as thecontrol unit. Finally, the circuits for the COMS chips and drivers forthese chips were developed. Meanwhile, the driver for the whole automaticcontrol system was developed.As a result, we have got the hardware circuits and the drivers. Wedon't have a new apparatus but we have done so much basic research fordeep work latter on realizing the apparatus. The new apparatus would becontrolled automatically and easily. What is most important is that itsefficiency is higher than before with less error. |
