Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Tcm Syndrome

Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG)is one of the main diseases in Spleen-Stomach Disease.This study was under the guidance of pattern identification and treatment of the Chinese medicine theory. We studied the syndrome of CAG in order to definitude its pathogenesis and the developing rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We also use the advanced statistics to study the TCM syndromes of CAG, expected to make a useful attempt at promoting the clinical research on CAG which should be more scientifizitional and normalizational.It can guide the practice, boost the curative effect and the treatment level.This thesis contains literature and clinical study.The literature review has two pieces. The first one is named the Chinese Medicine Study of CAG. It discusses the naming, the happen and developing process of CAG through its cause of disease and the pathogenesis .It discusses the clinical therapy method through pattern identification and treatment, specialized prescription for special type, the treatment by both of TCM and the western medicine, it also discusses the curative effect through the animal experimental study. We revealed the present situation and weakness of the research on CAG. The second one is named the Modern Study of CAG. It includes the current mechanism , the pathogenesis of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer(PLGC)in the genetic level, and the treatment of CAG.The part of the clinical observation study collected the clinical data of the 95 subjects who is in the course of CAG and have complete TCM clinical materials. We observed carefully about the mucosa of supper digestive tract under the gastroscope. All patients who underwent endoscope were studied with rapid urease test and histology pathology at the same time. The 'gastroscopic signs' was come into use in the treatment based on different pattern identification of CAG. We could analyze the different gastroscopic diagnosis related to TCM and Western Medicine. And we use the factor analysis find the TCM Pattern Identification of CAG. The result shows that the pattern identification of the Chinese medicine, the mucosa of supper digestive tract under the gastroscope, and Hp test all are comprehensive and overlapped. That is accorded that the pathogenesis is complicated and the developing is variable. Through the statistics by factor analysis, the result shows that the 95 subjects who is in the course of CAG existfive patterns, they are Qi Yin Liang Xu with Qi Zhi Xue Yu, Qi Yin Liang Xu with Qi Zhi Re Yu, Qi Xu Xue Yu, Qi Yin Liang Xu with Qi Zhi, Pi Qi Xu Ruo with Gan Wei Yu Re.
