With the contents of Astragaloside as the index ,water- extracting method conditions for radix astragali and other four crude drugs were selected by orghogonol test.With the contents of Artemisinin as the index,seeping-conditions by alcohol for HerbArtemisiaeAmnnuae and RadixDichroae were selected by orghogonol test..In the selective preference tests for condensation and drying methods,the influence to stability of the contents of Artemisinin by the drying temperature was inspected,the condtions for the condesation of extracting solution by alcohol and vacuum desiccation were made certain.
