| Objective: To observe the curative effects of Qiangxinning decoction in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) and explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into control group (30) and treatment group with Qiangxinning decoction (30) randomly. 30 patients in control group were treated by ACEI , uragoga , nitrate and digosin . 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Qiangxinning decoction on the base of above regular treatment. The change of cardiac functional grade , SV, EF, CI and LVDD (P<0.05 P<0.01) before treatment and after treatment was observed.Results: The patients with chronic congestive heart failure in treatment group with Qiangxinning decoction combined with western medicine had better clinical effects and left ventricle diastole and contractile function of the patients increased. Conclusion: So Qiangxinning decoction is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine and the patients with chronic congestive heart failure in treatment group with Qiangxinning decoction combined with western medicine had significant difference from patients in control group with western medicine only. |
