Clinical Observation Of Fragrant Chestnut Buck Particle Treatment Of Essential Hypertension (anger, Hyperactivity Card)

Essential Hypertension is an important cardiovascular disease.Beacause long time hypertension can cause the heart. brain and kidney's complications which will harm to patient's life,so modern medical researchers pay great attentions on how to prevent and treat this disease.Traditional Chinese Herb has a great advantage on improving the patient's symptoms and preventing the target organs from the damage of hypertension,so basing on it,we produce a new traditional Chinese medincine which names Xiangji jiangya Granule.This medicine aims to treat Essential Hypertension (Upflaming Liver Fire).Our study purposes to observe the medicine's effect of BP reduction and improvement of symptoms,and explore the medicine's mechanism through the clinical observation.The thesis summarizes including two parts,review and clinical study.The first review introduces Essential Hypertension concept,epidemiology study,dangerous factors,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and some problems in its modem study.The second review introduces Essential Hypertension cause, pathogenesis,pattern identification,clinical therapy and some problems in its traditional Chinese study.In clinical study part,we divide 40 type HSP(Upflaming Liver Fire) patients into observation group and control group randomly.Each group has 20 patiets.In method of two-side blinding,the observation group patients were treated by Xiangji jiangya Granule,the control group patients were treated by Niuhuang jiangya Capsule.To observe the change of BP and scores of Chinese medicine symptoms,evaluate the curative effect after 28 days.Results:The observation group and control group both have slight BP reduction,and have no statistic significance each other.In improving all symptoms and each symptom,both group have gained great effect,and have no statistic significance each other.And both group have no influence on liver and kidney capability.Conclusion:Xiangji jiangya Granule has the same effect as Niuhuang jiangya Capsule on BP reduction and symptoms improvement,and no influence on liver and kidney capability.
