Clinical Symptoms Of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease Research

The thesis includes two parts: (1) literature summarization; (2) the research on symptomatic characters of diabetic lower - extremity arterial disease, (Diabetic LEAD).The part of literature summarization reviews the progress of clinical and experimental research on treating Diabetic LEAD, both the aspects of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This part reflects the status quo of the research about pathos-genesis, diagnosis, and therapy of DF, summarizes know-ledge of scholars of TCM on the pathogeny, of Diabetic LEAD, the development of diagnosis and treatment based on the principle of analysis of the illness and the patient' s condition, and the experimental study of Diabetic LEAD.In the clinical research ,I choose 84 medical history of patients with Diabetic LEAD and observe the information of inspection, the listening and smelling examination .inquiry and palpation four examinations which all include 79 items. According to the statistics of class frequency on symptoms ,we can on conceive the clinical character of diabetic LEAD. Consulting the pattern identification on the data obtained through the four examinations , I educe the main syndrome of diabetic LEAD in Chinese traditional medicine is Qi vacuity, yin vacuity and blood stasis .
