| Objective: Through studing SY by pharmacological methods , we prove the compatibility rationality and effective of SY Methods: According to SY's clinical adapt symptoms , we designed dog model of middle cerebral artery occlusion experiment rat model of microcirculation experiments ELT and rabbit modle of lung artery plug experiment, etc..We take apart the two component of SY and do the parallel experiments and count the statistics.ResuIts: 1. Dog model of middle cerebral artery occlusion experiment.SY injection can reduces the weight of the blood vacancy area and raises the middle cerebral artery 's blood flow velocity . Component Y's effect is evident but component S's is not. When they were put together, the effect enhanced.2. Mongolian gerbils model of bilateral carotid occlusion : SY can rais its LDH, reduce water content of the cerebal cortex and glial damage in the hippocampus of the Mongolian gerbils.3.Dog model of myocardial infarction.SY can reduse the infarction area in left ventricle and lower the dogs' LDH and CPK. 4.Cultured cardiac cell experiment : When cultured cardiac cell is shot of Glu and Oxygene, SY can lower its LDH CK and AST. SY can protect cultured cardiac cell from injury . 5.Rat model of microcirculation experiment: Component Y and S both have the effect to oppose Adr's action of shrinking vein, When put them together, the effect enhanced. 6. SD rat model of blood stasis proves that Y has better effect on hemorheology and PT: Both S and Y can improve SD rats' hemorheology and it acts better when they were put together.7. ELT: component Y and the effect enhanced when put together.8.Rabbit model of lung artery plug experiment; Component Y has better effect and the effect enhanced when put together Conclusions: SY has improvement on pharmacology model of cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease.The two Components of SY injection has clear effect on apoplexy, while they were put together the effect is better than single one's.
