| OBJECTS : To observe the influence ofkidney-yang-deficiency on hearing of rats and theprotection of Chinese traditional medicine. To supply newdata for the further study of the relationships between kidney and ear.METHODS: Rats were induced experimentalkidney-yang-deficiency animal models and divided into different groups: (1) high dose group; (2) low dose group; (3) positive control group; (4) model group; (5) normal group.The common conditions of rats ABR SOD Fe Ca were detected; we also observed cochlea's structure and the apoptosis of hair cells.RESULTS: Experimental rats are apparently abnormalas follows: cAMP cGMP cAMP/cGMP, F Ca SOD the number of hair cells.Moreover, it makes cochlea's structure changed abnormal. High dose group can improve above facts apparently; while low dose group isn't obvious.CONCLUSION : Experimental rats have beeninfluenced in hearing. Chinese traditional medicine manifests good entirety effect. Kidney of TCM and ear may have connection with Fe Ca SOD the apoptosis of hair cells. |
