The research gropes for Ke-shan disease of distribution rule and explores the change rule of microelement (priority to Se), which varies with element change of ground shape (elevation, slope, aspet). To be effective, the project utilizes lots of analysis models, for instance, compound GIS method, assembling classes and aggregation, surface analysis, DEM and statistics means. This study built up spatial database of KSD, which provides a great deal of concise information, as the state of KSD area, distribution area, rice, level of Se content in people's hair and medical institution for precaution. By investigating the relationship among KSD, elevation model and microelement (Se), and analyzing the comparison data between KSD endemic area and non-endemic area, this research proves a clear relationship of Se index content and KSD endemic area in logistic regression. Remarkably, the preciseness ratio of indication comes up to 86.7 percent. According to the overlaying out of isoline chart founded on Se index line and KSD endemic chart, a fact will be found that the border of KSD endemic basically answers for the isoline of Se index 3.0. Otherwise, based on DEM, digital model of KSD distribution, digital Se model and profile-map analysis, the research has a quantitative analysis of macro change rule in microelement distribution. This essay makes an useful explore regards of applying GIS knowledge to the methods of KSD research. Moreover, the GIS prediction model established on the statistics methods will provide use for reference to other endemic research. |
