| There are a series of mechanisms involved in the existing , developing and transferring of malignant tumor .The study of molecular and cell biology has indicated there is not existing one kind of supernatural bullet for all kinds of malignant tumor .So it is convenient to investigate malignant tumor from different points of view .We choose hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor as the topic of our study. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine there are mainly 4 pathogens to the tumor : sputum .deficiency, blood stasis and toxic poison, so according to the pathogenesis ,one of the treatment is to activate blood and remove blood stasis .The Chinese herb Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort can do it .another effect is to ventilate qi and relieve pain .Ligustrazine is one of the most important ingredients of the herb ,in our study ,we divide the patients with malignant tumor into two groups ,17 patients (group l)started treatment with Ligustrazine hydrochloric parenteral solution (120 mg per day)and llpatients (group2) with supporting therapy for ten days .The result is that the syndrome of blood stasis was alleviated in both groups , in group l.the level of RBC (red blood cell ) .hemoglobin .hematocritc .platelet , plateletcrit and blood viscosity in high shearing rate were significantly decreased (P<0.05) ,the level of plasma 6-keto -PGFawas significantly elevated .In group 2 we observed some markers of blood coagulation, anticoagulation and fibrinolysis were elevated significantly (p<0.05).The conclusion is Ligustrazine can affect the metabolism of 6 -keto -PGFa and suppress the function of blood platelet ,the activity of coagulation factors ;Supporting therapy for patients with malignant tumor might activate the reaction of body to tumor .The treatment of activating blood and removing blood stasis is a better choice for the patients with malignant tumor and it won't result hemorrhage and /or tumor transferring. |
