Hamartoma is an unusual entity benign tumor of the liver, which occurs almost in infancy and childhood; and have no the characteristic and clinical performance, so is very easy to be misdiagnosed; According to the source of its buildup, buildup composition that constitute how much, hamartoma can be divided into two types: A source is in the entoblast, including substantial hamartoma and cholangical hamartoma. another type is a source in the mesoblast, including mesenchymal hamartoma and angiological hamartoma. The liver function is normal, AFP(-), B-Ultrasound, computed tomography and liver biopsy is helpful to digonsis. But final diagnosis need the pathology. Tumor surgical operation is of the first choice and prognosis is good.
