| Objective: According to basic theories of Chinese medicine, to elaborate the pathogenic factors ,basic pathogenesis of Tic Disorders (TD) ,to state the diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of TD, in order to look for the most effective therapy of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine).Method: Applying Chinese drug and acupuncture at the same time to 67 children patients of TD. One mouth is a course of treatment. One patient must endure the treatment no less three courses. Some of case is auto-control, in order to compare the curative effect of TCM to the curative effect of Modern Medicine. Results: Among 67 patients, cure 18 cases, distinctly effective 18 cases, effective 21 cases, ineffective 7 cases, global effective rate 88.7%. Scaling 5 cases.Conclusion: 1. It's explained that TD relates to heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, the basic pathogenesis of TD is the hyper-activity and up-stirring of liver and the unsteadiness of the heart condition; the therapy is relieving liver in order to low the adverse flow of qi, nursing one's health and regulating the mental activities.2.The curative effect of TCM is distinct. Through some auto-controls, showing the curative effect of TCM is superior to one of Modern Medicine, and Chinese drugs have no toxic actives and side-effects. |
