We use the rate cf live cell (MTT) , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH K superoxide dismutase (SOD) nitric oxide (NOX endothelin (ET) ect as the evaluating criterion, to observe the different effects of different proportions of Sal B and Tan IIA on the CMEC and CM injured by hypoxia and TNF-a. Result:( 1 ) Under the hypoxic culturing condition, all the groups of different proportions can enhance the livability of CMEC and reduce the release of LDH significantly. The effects of the compatibility of both Sal B and Tan IIA are better than the effects of only one and the best ration is 2 '. 8. All the groups have the trend of reduce the NO and ET.(2) When CMEC are injured by TNF-a, all the groups of different proportions can enhance the livability of CMEC and reduce the release of LDH significantly. The effects of the compatibility of both Sal B and Tan IIA are better than the effects of only one and the best ration is 5 I 5. All the groups have the trend of enhance SOD's activities and reduce MDA. Tan II A' effect of anti oxidization is best. Tan II A' effect of reducing NO and ET is more significant than Sal B.(3) When CM are injured by hypoxia, Sal B's effect of enhancing the livability of CM is better than Tan II A. The effects of reducing LDH and NO of compatibility of both Sal B and Tan IIA are better than the effects of only one and the best ration is 5:5.(4) When CM are injured by TNF-a, all the groups of different proportions can enhance the livability of CM and reduce the release of LDH significantly and the best ration is 8 I 2. All the groups can enhance SOD's activities and reduce MDA. Tan II A' effect of reducing MDA is best. Conclusion:(1) The protective effects of compatibility of both Sal B and Tan IIA on the CMEC and CM injured by hypoxia and TNF-a are better than the effects of only.
