Objective To observe the inhibition of Aspirin on pingyangmycin-induced cataractous lenses of rabbits cultured in vitro. To study the inhibitory role of Aspirin on pingyangmycin-induced rabbit lens epithelial cell opoposis. Methods By rabbits lenses culture in vitro to observe the effect of Aspirin on pingyangmycin-induced cataractous lenses in different time (24h,48h,72h,96h). Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastruture of rabbit lens epithelium. The expression of bcl-2 were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining (S-P) with anti-human bcl-2 antibodies in different time (12h,24h,36h). Results Aspirin could apparently inhibit pingyangmycin-induced cataractous lenses of rabbits cultured in vitro. Under transmission electron microscopy, the pingyangmycin group and the pingyangmycin+Aspirin group could be observed the occurrence of programmed cell death. The integral optical desity values for expression of bcl-2 were enhanced in pingyangmycin-hAspirin group (P |
