| The purpose of this project is to produce the rabbit model of the oleic acid-induced acute lung injury and evaluate the hemodynamic effects alter injecting the oleic acid of different doses from the peripheral vein by a mini-invasive interventional method and echocardiogmphy The first part of the program is that rabbits were divided into two groups, the control group and the oleic acid group. Control group and oleic acid group were injected the same dose of nomial saline and oleic acid from the peripheral vein respectively. The dose is 0.06, 0.04, 0.04 and 0.O4mlIkg. The values of pulmonary arterial pressure, aortic pressure and heart rate were measured at 5, 10 and 15 mm after each injection. The results of the first part experiment are with the dose of OA increasing, the heart rate became slower, the aortic pressure went down, the pulmonary arterial pressure elevated first then went down. The second part experiment is that rabbits were injected oleic acid (0.lOmlIkg ) through peripheral vein, then the functions of the heart were evaluated by echocardiography (the cardiac output of the right and left heart was calculated) at 5 mm after the injection. The results are the function of the right heart is damaged and the function of the left heart is preserved. So the conclusions were made that the hemodynamic changes can be investigated by the interventional method and echocardiogmphy. The hemod~aiThc effects were significant at the dose of 0.O6mlIkg or 0. lOmllkg, especially the latter. |
