| Objective To study the resistance of HP to antimicrobial agents, and ifs relations with the history used antimicrobial agents, stomach diseases as well as sexuality, and to provide clinical base of choosin.g agents. Methods Using Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion test improved, we have observed antimicrobial Susceptibility testing about Arnoxicilin ( A ) , Metronidazole ( Nil ) , Avl, Furanzotidone, Erythromycin, Gentamicin, and Norfroxacin to HP strains separated from gastric biopsy specimens of 53 patients, and made a comparison between in vitro and in vivo. Results 1. Resistant rates of 1-IP to. A+M, Amoxicilin, Erythromycin, Furanzolidone, Gentamictn, Metronidazole and Norfroxacin were 9%, 13.2%, 16%, 22.6%, 30%, 37.7%, 43.4% respectively. There were significantly differences in resistant trends between each groups (P<0.05), except among A, Amoxicilin and Furanzolidonc, between Gentamicin and Metronitazole (P>0.05), Norfroxacin resistance was the most serious (P<0.0 1). 2. The relations between resistance and history used agents about Erythromycin., Metronidazole, and Norfroxacin were the strongest (P<0.0 1), stronger about Gentamicin (P<0.0 5),. except . Amoxicilin and Norfroxacin(P>0.05). 3. Resistance of HP to Metronidazole and Norfroxacin was different in man and woman (P<0.05). Resistance to every agent was the same in different stomach diseases (P>0.05). 4. Amoxicilin resistant strains were susceptible to Furanzolidone and Gentamicin. Metronidazole resistant strains were the most susceptible to Amoxicilin, Gentamicin and Furanzolidone and much susceptible to Erythromycin. Gentamicin resistant strains were susceptible to every agent except of Norfroxacin. Conclusion 1. Resistant trends of HP to antimicrobial from high to low were Norfroxacin,Metronidazole, Gentamicin, Erythromycin, Amoxicilin, Furanzolidone, A+M around Nan Chang city. 2. A+M, Amoxicilin, Furanzolidone can be used as the first antimicrobial chosen to eradicate HP, Erythromycin, Metronidazole and Norfroxacin can be chosen singly. 3. Resistance of HP to Erythromycin, Metronidazole, Norfroxacin and Gentamtctn may rise after being used. 4. Resistance of HP to Metronidazote and Norfroxacin was higher in woman than in man. There were no relations between resistance and different stomach diseases. 5. Furanzolidone and Gentamicin can be chosen to eradicate?Amoxic~lin resistant strains except of N4etronitazole and Norfroxacin. Norfroxacin wasn fit to eradicate Gentamicin resistant Strains. Amoxicilin, Gentamicin and Furanzolidone may be used to therapy Metronidazole resistant strains as the first and Erythromycin as the second except of Norfroxacin. 6. Results of antimicrobial sensitivity testing and therapy in vivo showed no difference. |
