| In order to study the expression of Vaseular Eendothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), proliferating cell nuclear autigen (PCNA),and microvessel density(MVD) in Lymphoma and its implycation, immunohistoche-mical assay was performed with a SP kit in 65 cases of Lymphoma. There are 11 cases of Hodgkin's, 23 cases of B-NHL and 31 cases of T-NHL in this group. All cases was obtained VEGF-positive cell. Expression of VEGF was observed in tumor cell, such as R-S cell, in the surrounding of vessel and endothelial. VEGF expression is correlated with PCNA and vessel density in T-NHL and B-NHL, when each subgroup (B-NHL, T-NHL, HD) was analysed separately. Microvessel density in T-NHL is higher than other two group. The reseach for tumor angiogenesis has been studied for 30 years. Tumor full of vascular has been observed in clinical. A number of assays indicated that growth of both primary and metastatis tumors is associated with the formath of new blood vessels. The tumor growth depends criticaly on this neovascalature. VEGF is one of the most powerful angiogenesis factor. VEGF expression level is high in some solid tumor such as breast carcinomas, melanomas. Our result indicated that the VEGF expression is also in lymphoma. The MVD in NHL is related with PCNA and VEGF. MVD in T-NHL is higher just like its malignant character. |
