TCM evolution: wind-heat injury venation type in 18 cases, conversion to the blood stasis in 6 patients, 2 patients to toxin conversion ; the recurernce rate of the extravasation of blood in 110 cases, conversion to the dampness in 32 patients, conversion to the blood stasis in 38 patients, 18 patients to toxin conversion;the Qi does not contain the blood type in 13 cases, conversion to the dampness in 3 patients, conversion to the heat in 3 patients, 5 patients to blood stasis conversion;the obstruetion of damp-heat in 23 cases, conversion to the toxin in 3 patients, Yin-deficiency and Fire-excess type in 16 cases, conversion to the dampness in 3 patients, 5 patients to blood stasis conversion.Conclusion:Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a good age 6-11 years old, male than female, more common in spring and autumn, upper respiratory tract infection was the main predisposing factors. The obstruetion of damp-heat is easy with kidney and joint disease, the wind-heat injury venation type is easy with injuries joint disease. Heat, toxin and blood stasis is the characteristics of the pathogenesis of this disease can appear alone, or be mixed with each other.
