Angelica Twist Pain Pill With Water To San Efficacy Of Treatment Of The Acute Phase Of Gouty Arthritis

Purpose:To observe the effect of Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diaosan in treating the acute gout arthritisMaterial and method:40 patients were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group ( 20cases, treated with Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diaosan ) and the control group (20 cases,treated with LoxoProfen Sodium Tablet ). Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms,physical sign and the development of blood uric acid(BUA) were observed.Results: Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diaosan can alleviate the reddness and swollen Pain of the acute gout arthritis,with the same function of LoxoProfen Sodium Tablet .After been examined by Ridit analysis(P>0.05),the difference has not statistical significant.In reducing serum uric acid, the Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diaosan are better than loxoprofen sodium tablets;In security, the observation group were only 2 patients had mild diarrhea, abdominal distension, the symptoms disappear naturally without treatment, to be better than the control group (12 patients with varying degrees of nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal reactions.)Conclusion:1.Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diaosan can alleviate the reddness and swollen Pain of the acute gout arthritis,with the same function of LoxoProfen Sodium Tablet .2.Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diao san can reduce the blood uricaci .3.Angelica pill for Relieving Pain associating with Shui Diao san has little bad effect on the body.
