Professor Tian Zhenguo is the president of the anorectal branch of Chinese society of TCM,the State Council special allowance enjoyment,the national first batch rectum special grade expert of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the Liaoning province famous doctor of TCM.In the anorectal field,he has engaged in medical clinical,teaching,research and administrative 40 years.During nearly half a century of wind and rain,he studies passes through Chinese medicine and western medicine.He has the original opinion to each kind of rectum branch disease.Of course,to rectal prolapse,the kind of recognition rectum branch difficult disease,Professor Tian has the profound experience.He thought,the pathogens and pathogenesis of rectal prolapse is quite complex.Thinking from Chinese medicine aspect,the pathogenesis is mainly Qi and blood deficiency,collapse of middle-warmer energy,lingering diarrhea and feces is too hard to excrete and so on.The treatment should strengthen the middle-jiao and the Qi,rise mention to solid perturbation.At the same time,Professor Tian also pay attention to embellish aperient bowel.Thinking from western medicine,the reasons which cause anus levator and trough bottom muscle weak,or anus sphincter relaxation all can lead the disease happening.Overall,Professor Tian thought that treating rectal prolapse should not confine the professional books,should regard the various condition,being different from person to person,indexing treatment,synthesis of the four diagnostic methods,cooperation of Chinese and western medicine.The specific treatment methods including internal medicine,steaming and washing,external application of herbal medicine,acupuncture treatment,injection treatment and some related surgeries.
